Reiki Therapy in Yorkshire.

Reiki therapy is a growing natural healing system. I work in Yorkshire primarily, but can travel further afield, if someone wants me to.  You can come to Wakefield for a treatment or have distant healing.  For anything I need health wise, I give Reiki energy a chance to help me, by connecting to it, with my thoughts, and asking healing energy to go to whatever I want it to. I am pleased to say that doing therapy training in Yorkshire, is one of the best things I have ever decided to do. I have been doing Zen meditation for twenty years, and was amazed to find a healing system, where meditation, is part of the training and part of what Reiki Masters do regularly. I do Zen meditation when I do Reiki for myself often, and when I do Reiki for others. It is the part of Reiki whereby, you shut your eyes, focus on your breath, and let thoughts drift by, and meditate. When I am doing Reiki for someone, I let the energy to go to the recipient where it needs to go, and I use my intuition, and let the energy guide my hands as well. I utilise Reiki life force energy for myself for everything. Yorkshire is a beautiful county. The people are friendly, and there is a lot to do in Yorkshire. There are historic cities, and towns, and picturesque villages, and countryside. The Yorkshire coast is a favourite destination for a day trip by the seaside. Reiki therapy in Yorkshire is one of the things that is becoming more and more popular. I am making it one of my goals, to help everyone to hear about their ability to receive life energy, and to have the opportunity to try it.
