I have been meditating for over twenty years. If you would like to learn how to meditate, zen meditation, in your own home. I offer guided meditation which is for 50 minutes, with a short talk at the beginning so, bringing the session to an hour long. This could be for yourself, or for yourself and some friends.
Meditation has many benefits. It is calming and relaxing. It helps to reduce stress, and reduces anxiety caused by worrying. It has been shown to reduce pain and I believe it promotes the body to heal. If you are stressed and feel fatigued it could help to reduce this.
