Aromatherapy

I am a qualified aromatherapist and have been using essential oils for about 27 years. They have many uses and properties. They don’t just smell great, they are good for your health and are used to help overcome illness, stress, menopausal symptoms for relaxation and to aid sleep and much more. Every oil has it’s own properties and usages and also have other oils which they combine and work well with. During an aromatherapy consultation an holistic approach is taken so that the oils chosen take everything into account about a person, emotion, physical and health issues and what someone wants to have aromatherapy for on that day. So one appointment one set of oils will be chosen and on another day, another set of oils could be chosen. As well as providing aromatherapy massages, I also provide aromatherapy consultations via email and then post out the blended oil so that the client can use it, good for clients who are not in my area and who don’t want to have a massage but would like to have oils or their own use blended specially for them rather then buying a generic oil blend in a shop.This is my essential oil set, ready for a customer to have a massage.

Mirror work for furthering self love, acceptance, positivity and manifesting your goals

I was looking on You tube and came across Emma Mumford. I really liked the way she does her videos and the topics in them. So I thought I would share this one with you all and hope it is helpful for you. I am thinking of starting my own you tube channel but it is all very daunting. To see how well someone like Emma has done on hers with topics that are close to my heart is very uplifting. Thanks Emma for this video.

I do some mirror work myself for manifestation, but have not tried all the different things with it that Emma talks about, so I would like to try more manifestation with mirror work. She is holding a Louise Hay book and she does some good books and heartfelt topics. Self development, self care and self love are all topics that are helpful to our lives. I have read many self development books myself and implemented their contents in my life however the part that is self care I have let slide in recent years. Even though I am a Reiki practitioner and Reiki and self healing has been part of my life for about five or six years now, it still seems that on occasions I forget to look after myself as much as I need to and to prioritise self care and doing things which are good for my life and bringing things into my life that I need.

So, if 2023 is your year to take more care of yourself and to do things that are good for your health and happiness, you are not alone and there is many things you can do for this and many people who will help you if you need help. From someone who has struggled in the past to ask for help, it is worth it to find what you need and people to put you on the path you are looking for and to help you reach your goals. Sometimes just talking to someone about what you need is difficult but it is worth doing and I and you are worth it. And we are worth putting time and thought and care into our lives and helping ourselves as much as we can and gaining any help we need when we need it.
