I’m in your break room for the afternoon and when a member of staff has a break they have reiki as well. Sounds good, it’s great for your health and wellbeing and also good for staff morale.

I do not give reiki to pregnant women in the first 3 months of pregnancy, although it would be fine to do so.
If you have diabetes or blood pressure problems please check your levels as reiki can alter them.
